MTC Week 1
Wow! The MTC is awesome! The days are really long, and I feel like I should be in new Hampshire by now ha ha ha but I like what we are learning! We are learning A LOT. It's crazy! I've learned more in the MTC then I have in all my years of church and seminary. ha ha ha
We have these things called TRC`s when you teach fake investigators and me and my comp aren't doing too good at teaching hahaha But it's okay, we've only been here 5 days. We will get the hang of it!

I SAW WYATT! He came into my residence on our birthday! He looks like he's doing good! I told him to speak some Spanish to me and he did pretty good. It was just funny to see him trying to speak another language haha His comp was helping him a little bit! But it was good to see him. I see him around sometimes, and I see tons of people from Lone Peak! It's like I'm back at school.
And yes, I've been playing basketball. Ha ha I know dad didn't want me, but I can't help dominating the Mormons for an hour! Oh and it turns out that I didn't have to cut my hair at all because most the people here have long hair! So I was kinda mad about that haha thanks mom! Haha just kidding
There are a couple of people in my district that are becoming my really good friends and we laugh so hard together! I don't think I have ever laughed so hard in my life. This elder in our district is hilarious. He sits on my bed and tells stories and it's so hilarious because none of them make sense!
On Sunday Chad Lewis talked and it was amazing. He talked about how you always gotta have the fire of Christ within you! Even on your hard days, always keep the fire burning! It was sweet! Then we listened to a talk that Elder Bednar gave a couple of years ago on the character of Christ. He talked about when you think of yourself and what is best for your needs then that is of the adversary, but when you are thinking of others and what you can do to help other people then you are building the character of Christ. That made me want to just be in New Hampshire already so I can shovel snow and rake leaves for the people, and just love them!
Well family, I'm doing well. I've still got a lot to learn, but I'm excited! I'll see you guys soon! Love you guys. :)
