Light the World, Light the Community
It was a great week once again here in Biddeford! We saw Justin and Brittany, and WOW, they are seriously the most prepared people on the planet. We had a solid lesson with them on Tuesday night! Probably in the top five best lessons on my mission! The spirit was so strong.
After the lesson, we brought Justin and Brittany to the baptismal font and they were stunned by how big the font was. Brittany was like, "It's a hot tub!!" Justin was just feeling it, and said the best words a missionary could ever hear . . . "So how do I get baptized?" Great question!
We saw them again on Friday and they were still so cool! They told us that they were going to meet with their old pastor on Saturday. When they met with him they told him that they had found a different church. The pastor gave them a ton of anti-Mormon literature, but Justin and Brittany held strong and left his church to come to the truth! They texted us and said, "See ya on Sunday Elders." No unhallowed hand can stop this work from progressing!!!
Then on Sunday in Elders Quorum meeting Justin was like, "I have a confession to make." I was like "oh dang!" Then he said, "I have never been baptized and I would like to get baptized in this church. This is truth. I always feel the presence of God in this church!" It was so awesome!!!

Anyways this week we also saw Maria from the Georgetown area! She came down to visit me with her family again. It was so awesome to see her again. She seems like she is doing great!
Then we had the Parade of Lights for Light the World. We put together a huge Salt Lake Temple float and it was so awesome! Saco ward represents. Someone loved it so much that they asked our driver to stop the car so he could propose to his girlfriend in front of it! Someone proposed in front of our temple float ha ha It was so funny! I should've asked them if they wanted to see the real thing. Ha ha
Anyway, that was the week!
Love you Mom!
