A Very Merry Christmas
Been a good week! We have to say goodbye to a lot of members for Elder B and his departure home, but my new companion is Elder Peterson and he is from New Mexico. I have served around him a little bit and he is a good guy and a good missionary so I am excited to work with him.
This week has been a good one. Nothing too crazy happened. Met with Laura and Justin and Brittany and they are all Progressing really well. We found a few people this week and I am excited for them. Everything is going well!
It was super cool and great to see all the family again! It was comforting to see and hear that nothing has really changed! Other than Zach and Tatum getting married! ha ha
This week was awesome. For Christmas eve we had breakfast with a member and they gave us tons of gifts. Then we taught a lesson with a new person named Laura who should be coming to church this week. She is awesome and super cool! Super prepared. After that we had a dinner with a member who is awesome, and there we did a Yankee swap, which is white elephant for all the people out west! That was super fun! I got an old lady handbag which was pretty funny. Nobody wanted to steal my item! Then after that we had dinner with Brittany and Justin and they took us out to Applebees, which was awesome. They gave us a gift, which was a picture of all of us in a picture frame and it was awesome. That was the end of that!
On Christmas we went to Leo's house, who is great. He gave us some food and apple pie, which is now my favorite thing in the world! I love apple pie! Then we went and had lunch with some members and they fed us some waffles and gave us some presents too, so we are loaded with presents!
After that we went and skype called the fam!! After the call we had some dinner with the coolest members alive!! And that was my Christmas! It was a great holiday season! The members really took care of us!
